Lamb is very popular amongst Aussies and definitely Chris' favorite. We purchase our lamb directly from SuDan Farm in Canby, OR. The lamb is never treated with antibiotics or hormones. Each lamb is raised on and enjoys pasture in the lush Oregon countryside. This culminates in some of the best tasting lamb we have ever had - and that's a big statement!
