Pie Making 101
Each class is limited to 8 students so that you get lots of personal instruction from PPC Pastry Chefs Kate and Joleen and PPC Co-Owner Sarah.
You will learn about making pastry, rolling pastry, double crust pies, lattice top pies, crumb crusts, fruit fillings, cream pies, and more.
You will go home with a fresh baked pie and enough pastry for your next creation!
Class fee is $60 and includes all pie making materials. Complete the form below to register – classes fill quickly!
