Spring Pie Class Dates
Pie Classes for 2012
Our pie making classes have been a huge hit - our 'students' have been so amazed and proud of the beautiful pies they are able to make with a few pointers from PPC Pastry Chef Kate and Owner Sarah. One of our 'graduates' told me that she has made 4 pies since participating in our class a couple of weeks ago, and is now becoming known as the incredible pie maker in her circle of friends!
A gift certificate to a pie making class would be an excellent gift for the baker or foodie in your life! We have lovely gift certificates just for our classes, so stop by our restaurant to pick one up! We are even planning a special kids class!
Do you love pie but can't quite get the hang of pastry? Come to Pie 101 at Pacific Pie Company and learn the tricks of the trade.
You'll be coached to pie perfection by PPC Pastry Chef Kate and Co-Owner Sarah.
