Our Pie 101 Classes have been a huge hit - we feel a bit like rock stars because we are selling out the minute we announce new dates!

Sunday, April 15 1-4pm SOLD OUT!
Wednesday, April 25 6-9pm SOLD OUT!
Each class is limited to 8 students so that you get lots of personal instruction from PPC Pastry Chef Kate and PPC Co-Owner Sarah. You will learn about making pastry, rolling pastry, double crust pies, lattice top pies, crumb crusts, fruit fillings, cream pies, and more. You will go home with a fresh baked pie and enough pastry for your next creation! Class fee is $60 and includes all pie making materials.
